Adobe Systems has announced to offer three beta applications on two-day trails from its next upcoming Creative Suite (CS) packages. The trial period will last for 48 hours for new customers but for registered customers it will last until the final applications are released. Web design application Dreamweaver, image editing application Fireworks and Soundbooth for audio editing application will be released on Monday.
Adobe released Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3) in March 2007; they have not confirmed CS4 released date yet.
System requirements for the Windows trials would be Windows XP or Vista with at least 512MB of RAM, 1GB of disk space, and a Pentium 4 processor. Mac users must have OS X version 10.4.11 or later on a PowerPC G5 or Intel-based system. Soundbooth, however, won’t run on a PowerPC Mac.
