How to search best keyword phrase for search engine optimization?
First of all, check the image left to the post very carefully and then read the post. Otherwise you won’t feel the important of just a single ” ” space or an “s” in keyword phrase in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
As a SEO tool, Google Trends is always been my favorite tool. I’m writing this post for those who can’t take advantage of such an excellent tool.
I was checking four combinations of a very general keyphrase “business startup”, “busines start up”, “business start up”, “business start ups”. And found an amazing result. “business start up” and “business start ups” perform the best in searching trends whereas “business startup” and “business startups” has poor stats. Without these stats, four keyword phrases have almost no difference. But these stats will open an new window to new comers in SEO keyword researchers.
Now I’m going to try to search how people are responding to these keyword phrases - in what ratio they are using these keyword phrases. I’ll search all these keyword phrases in Google search with quotation signs - so that it will show me only exact keyword combinations in SERP.

Webpage searching results reflects the stats from Google Trends. So I guess everyone is using this tool with success. However, here is a small lists - how to search keyword phrases for Google in my words:
- Search your keywords in Google Keyword Tools and make a list of possible keyword phrases
- Now search each of them in Google and check how your competitors using in terms of their SEO and make a priority lists
- Next, go to Google Trends and finalise your keywords
- Use these keywords in your text naturally - for many believe 6% of total words should keywords and that’s enough to seek search engines notice.
- Please don’t spam text with keywords, I personally believe not to hamper quality to achieve higher SERP
