Yesterday in a post Google announced that they have improved their service for Google Local search. From now, even any place is specified in search query, still Google will show localized result based on users IP address.
Suppose you are searching london restaurants setting in New York. As usual Google will show you London’s restaurants. But if you search restaurents in London with your using the keyword “London” still Google will match your IP and show your local restaurants from London.
If you want to specify any location without mentioning the keywords, you can change it by using ‘Change Location’, can be found top-right corner of local search map.
