Have you heard the news yet? WordPress 3 beta 1 is finally released for the enthusiastic beta testers. According to official blog post it’s a early beta, means they are still working on some features.
However, the most important feature is, WordPress MU is merged with regular WordPress blog. That means you can have multiple separate blogs under the same blog. Already I’m getting inquiry about how to implement WordPress MU on an existing blog. Personally I’m very excited to try the feature on my Bengali Blog, but I’m not going to implement this feature until there is a finally release WordPress 3.0 or at least a RC version.
Anyway, if you are interested, you can’t wait, then you will find easy instruction set to get started.
Try the beta tester plugin, it will make your life easy to switch over to the latest beta version. If you want your voice to be heard and pass your feedback to WordPress, use the wp-testers mailing list to discuss bugs you encounter.
